Reedbuck

This guy was bedded in the grass and we had to walk right up on him to get him to stand. Amazing courage these animals have.

Great photo and a nice ram. Reedbuck are known for holding tight and hoping you'll walk by without seeing them. I've seen them even lay their head and neck down flat on the ground when bedded to try to "disappear".
