White Rhinoceros Horns



White Rhinoceros (Ceratotherium simum), circa 1910, anterior horn, on original shield, longest curve 73cm, on original oak shield. This rhino horn was the property of Sir Godfrey Fell (Sir Godfrey M Bosville Macdonald of the Isles, 15th Bt/born.25 Sept 1887) who shot it as a young man in the very early part of the 20th century.
