Member Login Issue
The Member Login to access the site is completely separate from the Directory Account Login.

Member Login (for individuals or companies that already have a member account for the site)


This is what the Member Login looks like.

You will find the Member Login at the top right hand corner of the home page of the site or forum. While login in, make sure that you use exactly the same username and password that you used to join.

If you have forgotten your username or password click here, you can request to have your username emailed to you and to reset your password. When you fill in your registered email address, you will be sent instructions on how to reset your password.


Directory Account Login (for companies or individuals that already have a listing account in the directory)


This is what the Directory Account Login looks like.

You will find the Directory Account Login in the left column of the home page of the directory. While login in, make sure that you use exactly the same username and password that you used to register.
