Doctor Red Dot sight.

I'm considering one of these Doctors as a sight on my 458 Lott.

I would appreciate any feedback from current users or those who have had experience with the sight.

Will they stand up to the recoil ?
How long do the batteries last ?
Is it true that feild of view is uninterupted ?
