Hello, I am currently selling a patented Hunting vest that I designed. It has the binocular strap's already attached to the vest. They can easily be removed from the vest by pushing on the center release button. The vest is currently made in the U.S.A. and is in hunter orange. The material is 600 twill 100 percent polyester.
