I hunted with Warthog Safaris for the first ten days of september 2012 and had the time of my life. The number of animals were spectacular. Tienie and Ananja run a first class operation, and the staff does everything humanly possible to ensure you are taken care of, almost up until it's bed time. My guide, Ben, was fabulous. I wish that I could have jut half his energy and drive. He was the definition of a gentleman and has absolute knowledge of his craft (PH). He also has eyes like a hawk: what I needed binoculars to see, he saw with his naked eyes (well with prescription eyeglasses) before I knew an animal was there. And the tracker (Abule) was has skills that bloodhounds wish they could possess. He was cutting signs from the back of a pickup truck at 40 to 60 KPH. I haven't translated that into MPH, but we were moving. Other than the extremely long travel to get from New Jersey to the Limpopo camp, I would already be planning my next trip. If you're looking for a first class operation, rest assured you have found one with Warthog Safaris.

wow! I've been dreaming of Africa for 35 years since I was 7 years old. Tienie, Ananja, and Ben made sure that my wife and I had a great time and saw many great animals. My wife shot her first animal ever, an impala, and I harvested a kudu,warthog, zebra, impala, brown hyena, blesbuck, wildebeest. what a great time with great people. We are going back!
