I think I'm going to make the dinner. Is someone going to just tell the reception that there is an "AfricaHunting" group area?
I've been at booth 1524 with Kanana safaris and Sporting International. Will be there most of the day (with the exception of some wandering) if anyone wants to say hi.
The restaurant has been informed of the AH group and there should be no problem with seating at 6:30PM I'll be at the show tomorrow and doing my seminar at 12:30 room 225 if anyone wants to stop by.

The AH dinner has just completed and it was fun meeting @ 20 AH contributors. Those who missed the dinner missed a great time.
We Had a great time at the AH Dinner get together. It was Great meeting a lot of the members of this Great Forum. Bob & Deb
Well the doors are just about to open on the final day of the DSC convention and thats a sad thing, this has been so much fun. It was great to get together and put faces to names. I hope we will do this again next year!

Just wanted to say Sandy and I had a great time last night at the dinner. Just reaffirmed what I already knew...great bunch of folks on AH! Hopefully we can make it an annual thing and get even more members to attend. I'll see some of y'all in Houston this weekend!
good that you were well recieved cliffy as it sounded like you were putting a lot of home work into it ,hats off mate public speaking wouldnt be fun in my book ..
and phil and buff sounds like they had a good old time at the resturant but the ingrediants were all there for that .
good peopl e from a good forum meeting at a good place for a good feed after a good expo =good time to be had by all

A few pics from our dinner last night with our guest and soon to be new member Steve Scott (Safari Hunters Journal) and his lovely wife this however did not get us all as I was taking pics and some had gone out to have a smoke. But we all had a great time and I can't wait to do it again next year. Bob
That was a great event! A few of us went out afterwards and I'm still trying to get back to feeling human again......:coffee: :draught: What a great time!
