Gentlemen,

I am trying to get a guest list together, could everyone that plans on attending give me their intentions as to Dallas in January and Las Vegas in February

I mean seriously, I need to know some things, like if there are going to be hot hor derves who is bringing the ketchup and is there a separate contact for bail money

You all know that these little jaunts are all about the details

So, work with me

I'll be in Dallas for the convention, and a few days prior.

Anyone wanting to come and say G'day will find me in booth 2904.

Good to see the post... I just got in from the morning hunt and shot a MAGNIFICENT kudu bull this morning so I have one happy camper in camp! We will be in Dallas and our booth number is #2823. I would love to have you over at the booth enjoying something cold and talk about your safari.

Hi all,We need some advise please.
We were on the booth list for the Reno SCI for 3 years. We made donation which were never used. We eventually threw in the Towel!
Which do you consider best Teh SCI conventions or the hunting clubs.
Is it possible to give us contacs to hunting clubs.

Try the Houston Safari Club Convention. It is held between the Dallas and Las Vegas shows. Not near as big as either of those but very productive and little more personable. Contact Julianne King, this years club President at: juliannebking@sbcglobal.net

Thanks Buff-Buster. Do you have dates off hand? Will contact them. If I do come to the States then I would like to do a few shows or chapters. Flying in for one show is a bit costy. Any other shows you can think of?

Houston Safari Club Annual Worldwide Hunting Expo - Convention 2012 - "New Horizons" It's held January 13 - 15, 2012. The only other shows that I am aware of at this time of year are the Dallas SCI and SCI International shows.

The Dallas show is not affiliated with SCI. Dallas Safari Club is a completely different club from SCI.

Thanks Mike. I stand corrected. Sometimes my fingers work faster than my brain. I ment "Dallas Safari Club" Houston Safari Club is not affiliated either.

We'll be there for the entire show dates in Vegas. Just post when the group is getting together and we'll do our best to be there.

Will try for 2013 as for 2012 I think it will be too late. Are there any others we could attend that fall into the time slot?

I do believe i will make it over of the convention for 1 day possible 2 days. My February schedule is filling up..

I'll be in Vegas Wed through Saturday morning. Staying at the Luxor. Looking forward to meeting some of you there and visiting some of the vendors. What is the best way to meet some of the other members other than just wondering around aimlessly?
