You could have a reasonable chance at a 60 inch kudu on Coutada Nine in Mozambique with Mokore Safaris. A dedicated 10 day safari would land you a very nice kudu and a very good time.

In those two trips I have taken the following kudu. 53", 55", 58 3/4", and 59 7/8" so technically I've never taken a 60" kudu but I have got close. I do however know of areas where you can be guaranteed kudu in the 64" to 65" range. they are raised in 20 acre paddocks and aren't exactly a difficult hunt. If you are just wanting a wall hanger you can consider this. However if you consider that then I can just put you in contact with the owner. He can shoot the kudu for you, have it mounted and shipped to your front door. That's why I've never taken these guys up on those offers.

54 1/2 incher and a 57 1/4 incher in the northern Limpopo in 2010 with bows. BIL has a 62" from a rifle safari a couple years ago.

Mudslinger; the 57 1/4. must be quite high on the list for bow?
Norwegianwoods, that is an impressing kudu!

Not sure what the 57 1/4" goes in SCI. His bases are over 11". Not sure if he will have it scored or not. The only reason would be for the PH, his outfit and bragging rights about the quality of game he has. That is the only reason I am having mine scored from 2010 as my Warthog may be in the top 5 and Tsessebe and Nyala in the top 10 for bow.

Many years back when the record was 66" I shot a 64.5" near Phalaborwa. The farmer didn't like English speakers but made peace with me when he found out that I had shot four animals wounded by Afrikaaners. After about the fourth klippie he asked me what I was going to look for the next day. I suggested I was going to look for the bigger brother. He met me in the morning and took me to his barn, 72" on the wall, I taped it. See a lot of low 60's but you had better be quick if a 70 walks by you, everyone will be shooting.
