    Default Gun ownership for ex-pats

    What countries in Africa do you think it is fairly easy for ex-patriots to own guns... Namibia was gun friendly when i lived their... i have heard botswana is nearly impossible and Zambia is easy... what about RSA? or Zimbabwe, etc... I am interested mainly in Southern Africa.

    Aaron, You're already familiar with Namibia which on this matter is really the only country I would be familiar with...

    For South Africa, check out the South African Police Service web site under their firearms section by clicking here. You also look at their Firearms Frequently Asked Questions page by clicking here.
