One way or the other it is an awesome trophy. 17.3 inches on the long horn.
Out by an inch. Typical for my trophy estimation. Just short.

Would anybody like to judge this one hunted on our farm last year?

What a coincidence. I was just about to tell the guy not to worry about judging springbok and just book a hunt with jules of the karoo. That is if he wants a top 10 springbuck lol. After going through your iphone in reno it was a no brainer that im bringing terra to hunt a springbuck with you. Ian wasnt pulling my leg when he said you had the worlds largest springbuck. Why dont you post up the picture of that one u saw that you think will go 18"? That thing was a giant.

We have 4 breeding rams which have been measured in excess of 18 inches...these is one or two other ones we think would push 18 inches as well. In the attached image is breeding ram we measured last year... at time of capture he measured just under 18,5 inches... one can clearly see that he has gained at least another half inch since then. At time of measurement he was just over 3 years old...

No, just a good guess.

The one last night, I wanted to say it was 17 inches too, but everyone was guessing low. I thought, I'd over estimate it. Nope 17 was right on.
