    LOL Ya I think there may just be some legal issues involved with shooting guys in the back while they flee and firing finishing shots while they are on the ground but people would certainly think twice before pulling this kind of crap if everyone was allowed to pack heat!!!

    No issues in this case - the local district attorney said the shooting was absolutely justified and no charges against the elderly gentleman. The two robbers, however, were both charged with armed robbery. BTW, one had a wound to the buttocks and leg, the other was shot in the arm.
