shopping trip

a women was in town on a shopping trip
she began her morning by finding the most perfect pair of shoes in the first shop and a bueatiful dress in the second that was on sale
in the third everything had just been reduced by 50% when her mobile phone rang
it was a female doctor notifying her that her husband had been in volved in a terrible accident and was in a critical condition in the ICU
the woman told the doctor to let her husband where she was and she would be there asap
as she hung up she realized she was what was shaping up to be her best day ever in the boutiques
she decided to get in a couple more shops before heading to the hospital
she ended up shopping all morning finishing her trip with a cup of cofee and a piece of chocalate cake,cmpliment of the last one
she was jubilant
then she remembered her husband ,feeling guilty she dashed to the hospital.
she saw the doctor in the corridor and asked about her husbands condition the lady doctor glared at her and shouted you went a head and finished your shopping trip didnt you
ihope your proud of yourself!
while you were out enjoying yourself in town your husband has been languishing in the intensive care unit
its just as wellyou went ahead and finished as it will proberly be last shopping trip you ever take!
for rest of his life he will need around the clock care ,he will now be your carreer
the woman was overcome with guilt and broke down and sobbed
the lady doctor chuckled and said im just pulling your leg .hes dead .show me what you bought.....
