PILOTS vs. MAINTENANCE CREW
After every flight, pilots at UPS fill out a form, called a 'gripe sheet', which tells the maintenance guys about problems with the aircraft. Maintenance guys then correct the problems, document their repairs on the form, and pilots then review the gripe sheets before the next flight.
Never let it be said that ground crews lack a sense of humour. Here are some actual complaints submitted by UPS pilots (marked with a P) and the solutions recorded (marked with an M) by maintenance crews.

The one comment about the "Autoland" system was actually from an Eastern Airlines Boeing 727 about 25 years ago. I actually flew the airplane a few days after the write up and saw it in the log book.
Best one I ever saw read- "Feces funnel in the forward flatus factory is floundering" The toilet funnel in the forward lav had fallen down inside the toilet.
Anyway, back to Africa 3 1/2 weeks till we lift off for Namibia.
