    big water pipes are a favourate 'nest/home'' for some unexpected visitors.
    [phytons and crocodiles in this case]

    apparently these critters love to stay in the pipes in the hot,humid and wet komatipoort area during certain times of the year.

    Observe...

    Gater...The new construction site in Florida during the housing boom was from 5 to 10 years ago and it was after a long weekend when they found it...i have the original clip stored somewhere.

    Spring Rattle snakes---this is from Colorado as spring is breaking and this was from a railroad B & B bridge and culvert inspection team...i am going to say 10 to 15 years ago. i used to have this picture & video in my clips that i used to give to employees to be careful when putting hands into places that they could not see in the spring...again i have the original clip stored some place and many moves i am not sure i will be able to find it...
