Well fellows, all my issues are resolved and I am proud to say that I am all in for package 1 during August.

This place is going to blow my mind, I am sure, and Jason has to be one of the best guys to deal with ever!

Thanks for all the help Tom & Lori, and everyone who has sent PM's etc., and especially Thanks to Jason & Kanana for making my Safari dream a reality.

I am already learning, but I have a lot more to learn about hunting in Africa. Please feel free to enlighten me. I'm all ears & eyes.

I was afraid that the time would really drag by, but having made the plans to go on the spur of the moment plus being extremely busy since doing so has had the opposite effect.
My research of Kanana has revealed nothing but positive and encouraging things and I am already fully convinced of the competency and character of Jason and his team.
I do intend to share my experience there with everyone here, and I am quite sure that my first Safari will be my greatest, just as I believe it should be.
I have had the fortune to draw some super tags, and been on some great hunts, but none have given me that kid at Christmas" feeling any more than this trip has thus far.

I truly believe that Ms Angie and I are in for the time of our lives!

I think you will have the time of your life. Hunting in Africa is pretty special! I hope the trip fills all your dreams.

I booked my 1st safari on the spur of the moment as well. Very hectic and nervous if I had all my bases covered. Thanks to the gang on here I had absolutely no problems and a great hunt. I know where you are coming from.

Hi guys, I was hunting with kananas neighbors last week and with an outifitter that sells quota for kanana. All they have to say is that the place is absolutely crawling with eland, gemsbok, kudu, wildebeast and other game. they told me the deal is real and that they calculate they are loosing over 700 animals per year to old age and that letting those guys go versus making money off them just doesn't make sense. If you check out huntessentials website they sell animals on quota for kanana also and they also said the place is completely covered with game and good animals at that. So lets just say that at this point I am looking forward to my trip with them next may and hopefully by then I will have located a botswana leopard tag to add to my safari. Only time will tell.

Apologies for the lack of comms on the forum but between the hunting this season and the inevitable challenges of Botswana Tele Communications things have been a challenge to say the least!

May 5th 10th (short hunt)

June 2nd 9th (short hunt)

August 10th 18th

September 7th 30th

Would it be possible to trade up on one trophy in package 1? Drop the red heartebeast and include a waterbuck, and of course pay the increase price.

i noticed u have june 2nd on as open. we are leaving the us may 25th and wont arrive till the 27th and have a 10 day hunt planned. that would mean our hunt runs 27th may to june 5th or 6th depending on exact airline dates. did u forget about our hunt dates? i did get a deposit receipt from you and we are bringing 7 people. please let me know if were still good to go
