Cancellation Hunt July 2012 - Eastern Cape

Dear AH members!

We have just received a cancellation. Arrival date is scheduled for 05 July 2012 with 7 full hunting days. The hunt will be conducted from our
Luxury Lodges. A deposit forfeit of $1000 is being offered.
This hunt is non animal specific, so you may choose your species.
There might be a possibility to adjust the dates slightly. This will need to be confirmed.

Outfitter number: HC 42/2010 EC
PH Number: PH 18/2010 EC
Area : Eastern Cape


The following are included in your Safari:
All accommodation, food and beverages for the duration the Safari
Services of a licensed professional hunter, tracker and ground staff
Transport to and from the airport as well as all ground transport for the duration of the Safari
Field preparation of trophies and forwarding them to a taxidermist or shipping agent of your choice.
14% Government Tax on day rates.
Hunting Licence.


The following are excluded in your Safari:
Taxidermy
Shipping charges for your trophies to your own country.
All flights
Accommodation before and after your safari dates.

So how much is the price then? $1,000 off of the normal price? Is that correct?

I wish I could go back already for this offer, but a bit early. Only 2 months ago I was there for a great hunt!

looks to me you get the $1,000.00 credit at the end of the safari. daily rate plus trophy fees.

Sorry, I did not make myself clear enough. You are 100 percent correct. The deposit of $1000 has been foreited. Therefore you receive credit for the full deposit towards your safari.
Day Rates @ $320 per day
Trophy fees as per our trophy pricelist on our website.

Thanks for the vote of confidence and kind words. The gentleman is actually an AH member and had some very unfortunate circumstances occur recently. He is in the process on rebooking for next year. Just sorting out some possible dates.
Just hope that someone could snap up this opportunity.

Marius, being the individual is rebooking for next year, why don't you roll his deposit over to then? I don't know the circumstances but $1,000.00 is alot of green. Most terms and conditions allow for this if cancellation (postsponment) is in a timely manor.

His full deposit has been rolled over. The fact remains that I need to make it worth someone else's while to take this spot on such short notice.

I am the person that had to cancel my hunt and Marius has rolled my full deposit over till next year.
He is a true gentleman to deal with and I am very much looking forward to hunt with him next year.

I am booking a new hunt with Marius for next year and the only good thing about delaying my trip till next year is that I get time to save up more money for more hunting days and more animals

Hi Marius:

So, if I wanted for example to take your E7 package hunt 1x1, I would pay $3,950 instead of the posted $4,950 plus added days/trophy fees if I wanted to stay longer and take additional game not included in the package?
