Willem I will call you in the morning, myself and a few buddies will be bow hunting on my place next week got the week off so need to get my bow working a bit LOL, you have an open invite to come have some beers with us? I hope your season is doing very well!

I do have a couple of questions for you:

- Would you be able to match up three different hunters (assuming they did not know each other but wanted to take advantage of this opportunity) for this package?

- Would you allow species substitution (assuming the value would be of equal or lesser value) on this package?

I would be glad match up hunters assuming that they would all be happy with the arrangement?

Yes species substitution is not a problem, please just be aware that this will make a difference in the price because of trophy fee of animal substituted and then, taxidermy work the client would like to have done on the substituted animal.

Price per hunter for this package is $4000

This offer includes the following per hunter:

Package includes:

2 Traveling day’s
7 Full Hunting day’s hunting 2X1 with their PH
1 Blue Wildebeest
1 Impala
1 Warthog

The above rates include the following:
• The full use of all facilities in the camp such as the swimming pool and satellite television
• A daily laundry service is also available at no extra cost
• Full catering: early morning coffee & rusks, brunch, snacks, dinner, all soft drinks and alcoholic beverages in moderation
• Hunting: a fully licensed Professional Hunter, trackers, skinners, all camp staff, transport to and from blinds, picking up of trophies, field preparation of any game taken and transportation of trophies to shipping company
