Can you please let me know in what area this hunt takes place? Who is the PH? Any other game available?
Who took that 115 pounder? That's an incredible bull.

I don't know the name of the Pans but I know that there are 3 of them and they are quite large..The are located about 150 miles from Sonkwe just inside the Botswana border in North Western Botswana.. I guess my original posts was a bit confusing as I said Namibia...My mistake and confusion..You fly into Windoak, then to Sonkwe then drive about 150 miles to the camp..Hope this helps. As I said the 115 lb. elephant was killed on a neighboring concession and I don't know who that might be..My hunter PH is Robbie Kruger.

I must say I was a bit suspicious about the 115 pound shot "last year". The only jumbo that size I know of was taken by Kye Uwe Denker in Bushmanand, 2004 I believe. Having waited for 3 weeks for your clarification, I though to make your "sales pitch" public. I asked for additional info - you did not provide it. Why?
With all due respect to our host and the intent to make this a "friendly" site, when is it appropriate raise claims about the validity of posts? Worse, what if one of knew trouble was brewing, but did not call it out?
I for one would want to hear both sides of the story. Only then can we make the correct decision.
I will have to contact the PH, Robbie Kruger for that information..I sent you an email with the information that I had..
I never use a sales pitch, and I resent your post..
After a review, I see that I sent a reply to Carl Stumpe not to you ( Jack Bold,) I had the got the two of you mixed up as that was the only reply I sent out...I see where I addressed your post and I don't see where I told you that I would get any information such as you describe...
I do see where I suggested that interested parties contact me at my email address to discuss any business..and you apparantly have not done that..
I am more than willing to search out any information that you might require as long as you keep it to a business nature and not some internet flame. I would also request that you be a interested party and not a tire kicker..
I will contact Robbie Kruger and ask him where the elephant was shot but he may not want to discuss that as some interprising internet jockey might decide to book with THAT Safari Company as opposed to him, and that makes since to me. He is not in business to promote another company, no matter how good it might be. At least that is my opine.
Furthermore I place little importance of the 115 pound elephant as it was not killed on the concession I am booking hunts on, but on a bordering concession and I was very clear in that on my post, and only passed it on to the extent that it indicates that their are big elephant in the area, but most serious elephant hunters knw that area produces big elephant, and has historically produced big elephants so I didn't question it.
Jack D Bold,
I got hold of Robbie Kruger and he told me the elephant was killed in Namibia on Bushmanland on Chris Denkers concession..Robbie is hunting on the adjoining concession but on the Botswana side...He is going to send me the documentation as to who killed the bull and the date of the kill last year as the owner of the concession is sending it to him..
I hope this is satisfactory as it is all that I can tell you for now.
