Management Elephant Bull in Caprivi

I just had a client that had to cancell a hunt for a management bull elephant in the Caprivi of Namibia.

As I really want to give this guy his deposit back, there is not a lot of discount on the deal, but I believe it to be a great deal anyways.

Hunter1 was supposed to come with his friend Hunter2(also for non trophy elephant bull), in June(see date below), Hunter 1 cannot make it anymore, due to personal reasons, (he hunted with us last year as well), so now Hunter2 want to move his date to 16-23 November 2011. If someone are willing to take Hunter1's place, (either during the original date, or with Hunter2) he/ she can have this hunt for US$ 12000 (including 7 hunting days, 2 travel days, pick up from Katima Mulilo or Kasane airports, and a elephant bull of between 25 and 36 lbs. US$ 5000 refunded in case no bull shot.
Or if you want to hunt alone, the following dates are also open, and I am willing to accommodate someone then for US$ 12 500 all inclusive (as above):
22 June start or end 14 July (my family will also be in camp during this time, and price for this hunt is 12K even if you hunt 1x1, as this was the slot originally booked by the hunters)
25 August to 3 September
1 October to 12 October
(I can also buy out another one from a neighbouring concession if you would prefer to bring your own friend, on any of the above dates, then it will again be US$ 12 000/ hunter, with same included as above.)

We will try and shoot mature bulls with either broken tusk(s), or with weak genetics for tusk size, so you will shoot a good body size bull, just without the tusks, and we can have reproductions of them made if you like...):

warthog 400

The hunt will be out of my Sobbe hunting camp, which I am currently upgrading to include thatched chalets (not only the tents as previously). Best dates would be the June/ July slots or the November slot.

This sounds like an awesome hunt! Are there any other costs the hunters would incur such as charters or anything of that nature? 2010 is not an option, but 2011 might be....wow.

Big bullet, there are no hidden costs, there is commercial flights into Katima on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (out the same day), and to Kasane 4x per week. Katima Mulilo airport is 1h drve from my camp, Kasane is 2,5h.
You mean 2012? I still have 1 maybe 2 for then...
