Default Great place for couples hunt

Having been to South Africa on a plains game safari, I am interested in taking my spouse. Any recommendations on an upscale lodge, preferably remote, where I could hunt warthog, zebra, eland...maybe buffalo and the spouse could be somewhat pampered?? Anything in Namibia, SA...don't know if Mozambique is tame enough. Any help is appreciated.

What does "she" consider pampered? :-) Excellent food? 4 star linens and a full tiled en suite? Fine wines?

It's probably me. When I go on a hunt, I am going to hunt, not worry about a non hunter being occupied, satisfied, dissatisfied or happy for one reason or another. Different strokes for different folks, I guess.

I took my wife with me when we went a few years ago to RSA. We picked an outfitter whom also was part of a Big 5 Game Reserve-allowing us to have private game drives when we had down time...this is something I haven't seen many other outfitters match.

I can only hope we get the opportunity to return..Lord knows we think about it daily.

Hi Dreaming, i have a couple of very upscale lodges in both RSA and Namibia if you are interested. Another thing to think about would be to do a nice lodge and some hunting then take a short tour and take care of the papering then, just a thought. Drop me a pm with your email and I'll get you some information.

South Africa offers opportunities for every type of visitor. Whether you are a first time traveler to South Africa or return client to an outfitter there will always be something new for you to do.

On this forum you will find some of the best advice you can find. Of course there will be the one or two individuals that might try to offend you, but do not bother yourself with those people they will in anyway not be able to assist you.

The Limpopo Province offers hunting, sightseeing as well as relaxation to everyone.
Follow some of the advice you are given and visit the websites as you please. Good luck and hope you find what you are looking for.
