Tell me about the best trophy you have walking your concession

I am looking for that one trophy to be the centerpiece of my library. I know
everything is relative. I have some great trophies but I want one to be the
centerpiece of the room. I bow hunt so that matters. Usually I am not a SCI
guy but this will be the exception.
