Will be hunting with tootabi safaris for second part of our trip.

After looking at many offers and great deals from the east cape we have picked tootabi to hunt with.Was not a easy choice with all the great outfitters from the cape but decide to try one of the newer business and loodt many it easier also after talking with him.My son and I with a friend will test the cape out for 7 days.Looking for cape kudu,cape bushbuck and some colored springbucks.May even look at some other animals one never knows anymore.So paw print in the limpo for 10 days then down to tootabi for 7 days.I hope july gets here in a hurry so we can see more of africa.

Sounds like a good plan, especially since the plane over there and back is so fun and cheap....get to Africa and stay there and have some fun.

Yup I get my moneys worth out of the plane ticket.Plus My son will get to see two new areas in SA.After we get around SA a few times we will start going back to some of the fine outfitters we have found.Looking forward to seeing how different these areas are to the ones we already hunted.

I can tell this was a heart felt enjoy your trip.Some people seem to keep making themselves look great to some of us on here(yes I am being a smart ass with that comment).I know being a pefect person like yourself you still have never made a mistake.

I know what point your trying to make but did not see were I picked loodt from a package offer on the site.I picked him after talking about hunting some springbucks.Again pretty sure talking hunting is not againist the law even in your perfect world.keep going though your showing your true colors with your goal of making one look bad and like what he did is the end of the world.Keep seeing the $$$$$$$$$$$$ so more see you for who you really are.

I thought I saw somewhere that there is no contract for this hunt, therefore there is no hunt until the contract has been signed? would this be a correct statement?
I have offered a moose hunt to someone on this forum, also discussed a deer hunt, currently I am not legally allowed to do this, but I know if that time came I would have my paperwork in order.
I guess the difference in laws may be the issue.
I am thinking that a certain young man may have had his way with a daughter or wife of some people to be making this what seems to be a personal vendetta. Let the people who's job it is to straighten out the legal issue do their job, its been brought to their attention, based on comments they are on it, you do yourself no favours piling on.

bill i think the point being made is on the 11th nov 2013 you started this thread stating you had picked tootabi to hunt with. to me and most people this means you have booked a hunt. now we all know loodt has stated that he doesnt have an operators license or ph license at this time let alone last year when you entered into negotiations with him to book a hunt, so this means he was not acting legally. he has admitted this . he to me he naively believed it when he was told by the dept he would be granted a permit, well sorry but in africa you dont believe anything till you have the paper work in your hand and then have it checked to make sure it is correctly done and signed, stamped and anything else it needs. you seem to have taken this personally and launched a crusade against anyone who has even stated the facts loodt posted himself on the other thread let alone made their own opinion, some of which to me were blinkered and over the top, but not as bad as i believe would have happened elsewhere. i believe you are creating loodt more problems than you ever intended by keeping on repeating yourself and prolonging this unfortunate happening, as loodt confessed he had made a mistake and was working to sort it by getting the correct documentation. you harping on about it wont help. SO PLEASE GET OVER IT AND LET HIM TRY AND SORT HIS PROBLEMS OUT AND MOVE ON!!!! regardless of what you think after this post i dont wish loodt ill and i hope he gets things sorted. i think as stated elsewhere he made some hurried bad decisions maybe due to youthful inexperience or whatever, but they werent above board. regards mike

He has put himself in the center of it all and instead of maybe helping as his phasa code said he took sides plan and simple.Took sides before hearing the other guys side atleast.

As for you making comments to me about anything. Do what would be right and refund some cash not all mind you but some and come back to the human side of being a nice person not someone about the $$$$$$$$$$$.
