ZAMBIA: Hunt With Andrew Baldry At Royal Kafue Safaris

Frostbit,

I saw another report on Royal Kafue recently and it made me want to read this again.

This is such a great hunt. Well written report with a lot of great photos. Thanks for sharing.

Frostbit,
I want you to know that it was your story, and your description of your interaction with your wife while there, that convinced my wife to go with me in February. Great story.
Do you have contact information for Andrew Baldry? You certainly portrayed him in a good light in your writing, so I thought we might try to engage him.
Thanks again for your fine story.

Absolutely amazing, sir. Both the writing and the animals taken. I have never given much thought to hunting lion...until now ! What a wonderful adventure to be shared by you and your wife. Congrats !

That's fantastic news about your wife going along. Where are you headed?

She's a beast!! Her fifth round of Chemo will be this tuesday and after that she only has one round left 21 days later. Large B-Cell Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma is beatable and she's a very stubborn, tough, and extremely fit woman who has much more living to do. She'll be fine. We have His/Her Leopards in Moz and Elephant in Zim scheduled for 2015. She's got this handled!!

Prayers and thoughts go out to you and your wife. Sounds like 2015 will be a fun hunting year.

All the best.

Thank you Brian!! Joyce has really drawn off the energy of all the support she has been given. Those prayers and thoughts are coming from all over the world and that alone makes her feel very lucky and special.

Thank you everyone. It's appreciated.

I'll toss up an update since some folks have shown interest. Joyce had round five of R-CHOP (minus the Vincristin) yesterday. She again tolerated it like the Champ she is. We will see how the nausea and fatigue shakes out this week. Only one round to go scheduled for March 18th. A week or so after that she will have a repeat PET Scan hopefully confirming the total absence of Lymphoma.

Good to hear, keep us updated!

Thanks for the update and give Joyce our best.

She may be able to get a winter coat out of a his and hers leopards! She may have to go back and shoot another one. Probably not very many fashion statements like that walking around in Alaska.:)

All the best.

Until this guy posts something on pay it forward free I would avoid him at all costs.

If it hasn't sold by next week I might be interested. Stock would have to be changed along with some other items. I'm already having a 416 Rigby built so money is a tad bit tight.

Hey pal! I'll take all the .375 bullets if they're available.
Thanks!
