great offer Marius.

What is involved with the spa treatment for men? Can I get the apricot facial scrub?
My wife wants to catch a Great White shark? Is that doable?

calender is moving too slow. Ready to come hunt. See you in 5 months.

I was just thinking this week that it'd be great if you could come to the USA and let's go do an elk hunt or bear hunt together.

An era has come to an end, Marius. I have been offered more for my little tree farm in the swamp than I was actually willing to sell it for.
Lana is wanting to build a log cabin in the country. I have looked at 40 acres of old oak hardwood that has gullies in the middle that I can dam up and
flood to make about a 10 acre lake. Log cabin will sit in the woods with the back porch overlooking the lake.
Planning to close the deal on the tree farm within a week, then hopefully, buy the 40 acres the next week.
Then, order my logs and build the shell of the house with roof and all exterior done.
Put the home I live in up for sell while I finish up the log house.......... all the while hoping the sell of my house coincides with the completion of the log home.
Lana wants me to fill it with african animals, Yukon animals, and an elk and mule deer.

Still wishing I had planned for more hunting days for this summer. I have unexpectedly a little extra money to spend as of late. Maybe I need to re-plan my hunt to include (any) animals of opportunity that happen to get in our way.....
Or maybe plan another hunt a few years down the road for a Buff and a few choice critters I haven't hunted yet.
I am just unselfishly trying to fulfill my wife's dream of filling her log home with animals from all over the world. lol.

Great offer Marius! :)

Great Offer Marius. I was doing the math and that is a fine offer.

Jerry... way cool on the sale! Sounds like some interesting and fun changes coming your way!

Randy

Bjorn and Randy, thank you for the kind words!

Jerry, our wives sound alike. Is your wife naturally like this? Mine comes from years of waterboarding and brainwashing. I have to say, it was tough times for the both of us, but its paid off... :)

maybe we should send them off to get her impala while we get that apricot facial.

So, what do you go fishing for?

the truth :heh:

Hahaha...no man!
Brickburn, you catch quite a lot of small shark, but we target bottom species and the main ones that we catch is Cob, Cape Salmon, Bluefish, Red Roman, Sand Soldier and there is one that I'm not sure if there is a correct scientific name, but the real name is a bit iffy on the racial side.
We also keep the fish and would serve that for dinner on the same night. Its excellent fishing. You really don't stop reeling them in.
