Hello ibie. The MMR is a back pack. Are you able to view the photos I posted on here? MMR stands for Multi Mission Ruck. I bought it thinking it was just big enough for my hunting but decided to buy an EMR pack instead. EMR is Extended Mission Ruck. It is a much bigger pack. The top of the MMR is level with center of my head. The EMR goes well above my head. I have a photo of me with the EMR pack fully loaded on my Mountain Goat hunt in Alaska. I will be in Joburg on the September 10/11. If you want to buy it I will deliver it. Just let me know. A Kifaru pack is a one time purchase. They are one of the best packs on the market.
