Check out this young man with his first King! Wow, did we have an amazing trip. Limited on Kings, Silvers and Halibut almost every day. I had a bruise all the way from my quad to my belt buckle by the end of the trip! lol jarrod1.jpghalibut.jpgscenery4.jpg

Thank you gentlemen! Here's that quick recipe....
This is enough for about 3 average size silver salmon fillets. I'm talkin whole fillets, just section them into 1/3rds before you marinate...
1 cup of soy sauce
1 cup of Real maple syrup
1tsp of garlic
Mix that baby and marinate for a half hour on each side of the fish. Toss them babies on the grill and make sure the grill is piping hot! Should only take about 3 1/2 to 4 minutes a side and your done! Simple but tastes awesome!!!!! Oh, don't forget to spray the grill with pam or something.
Later guys!

That recipe sounds like it would work for any fish think I'll try it on these Hybrid Bream I have in my pond.
If that works then watch out catfish!Enjoy life now -- it has an expiration date.

I tried it and it was great in my bradley smoker. Really liked the maple surp!!
On my next batch i just wanted to marinate it longer and use some pepper and a little more garlic so The only thing i changed was to use 1/2 clove of fresh crushed garlic, 2 tb of fresh ground pepper and i marinated it longer...over night in the fridge... Then Let let it dry to get a glaze.
Was also fantastic!!
Thanks.
