That seems to be the best place to shoot Springbok that I can see. I shot 2 common ones & it's pretty easy considering where the point comes down in the color by the front shoulder. I also shot a black & white Springbok in the front shoulder & all I saw was them pile up at the shot. I used a 30/06 with 150 gr nozler ballistic tips & I never seen one move after they went down. They were all shot between 150 -300 yds.
