Get one and let us know how it works for you! From what I remember of their pricing and what I know of the Pedersoli base rifles and seeing the mods that they've done, I'd say there are other viable options to think about.

Chapuis makes a fine double for not much more money. VC is a step up from that for French rifles.

Yes I know very well VC and Chapuis cause VC is in my town and Chapuis is 40 miles from my house.
Their prices in France are not at all "cheap", I think you pay less than us ... export!
If you need a documentation I can try to get it and send it.

Thank you for your kind offer. I don't need any thing for my Chapuis at the monment. The Chapuis sell for a retail price of $4500 USD on upward here. This price is for the 9.3X74R

If the US$ that you show means US D(ollar) then the prices there are very similar to the prices here in the USA.
Have you considered looking at a used rifle that you can shoot before you buy it. It's a good idea to do this to check regulation before purchase.

    Yes it is US Dollar.
Used double .470NE etc .. are very difficult to find .. Owners keep their ... "favorite toy".
Maybe one day , today my Winch 70 SE .416RM is a very good "toy" so ..
