AD MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS
- All advertising is subject to AfricaHunting.com approval and acceptance.
- Ad copy and/or images can be emailed to info@africahunting.com.
- Name your ad by your company name.
- Provide ad images in .jpg or .gif format.
- File size needs to be kept as small as possible for quick loading.
- AfricaHunting.com assumes no responsibility for incorrect or omission of any advertisement.

PAYMENT
- Payment options
We accept payment via our PayPal.com account by using our email address info@africahunting.com (You do not need to have a PayPal account to process a payment, you may pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal Guest. When finalizing payment just click on the Check Out button instead of the Check out with PayPal button. It functions just like a normal cart system.). We also accept checks or bank wire transfer if online payment with credit card is not possible. If you prefer to pay by check, make check payable to Africa Hunting and send to Africa Hunting, click here for our mailing address. If you prefer to pay by bank wire transfer please add a US$40 surcharge to cover the bank processing fees that we incur. Email us at info@africahunting.com to request our bank wire information.
- No credit will be extended to advertisers.

AGENCY COMMISSION
15% of the gross to recognized advertising agencies submitting standard agency insertion order forms plus site ready art.

COPY AND CONTRACT PROVISIONS
- All advertisements are accepted and placed on the website on the representation that the advertiser and/or advertising agency are properly authorized to place on the site the entire contents and subject matter thereof. It is understood that the advertiser and/or advertising agency will indemnify and hold harmless from and against any loss expense or other liability resulting from any claims or suits that may arise out of the ad placement of such advertisement.
