Universal trophy services Tanning and D&P
I just got my crate back from 2012 the other day (or at least my wife did anyway). She cracked it open and was very impressed with the contents.
Judging from the pics she sent me. The horns are not darkened or over boiled. The skulls are well care for and aside from the odd missing tooth are impeccable.
I had my hides tanned by them after doing extensive research and receiving glowing references from a couple award winning taxidermists that specialize in African mounts. The hides look creamy white (a good sign) and are nice and supple (very good sign). The bullet wounds are very professionally repaired (as opposed to the outfit that did my last shipment that sewed them poorly and used thick gawdy white thread). All in all they look great, although when I attempt to mount them will be the real test of quality.
The crate was packed well and everything was bubble wrapped and labeled well. A very conscientious and professional job.
Once I get home (feb) and see everything first hand I will post a proper review but so far Christine is quite impressed and I am as well. The journey is the reward.

Sounds great Diamondhitch be sure to post some pics once you've mounted them.

Good news.
If there are any issues it will be the taxidermists fault.
Practice whispering before you leave for Africa!
A Legend in my own mind!
