Broker/Clearing Agent Suggestions
Looking for suggestions for brokers or clearing agents for my upcoming hunt to SA. I'm hoping to bring 4 (Kudo, Impala, Eland, Wart Hot) European mounts home. One animal will be mounted (Nyala) if I'm lucky to get one on the ground.
I'm still deciding on having the Nyala tanned in SA or dipped and packed. Either way my taxidermist here in the states will be doing the shoulder mount. From what I've heard it's better to have it dipped and packed because the tanning isn't that good in SA.
I've done limited research and found a small customs broker that is located in Atlanta and someone here has used with good success. Then there are the 2 big ones, Fauna & Flaura and Coppersmith. Are there any problems going with a smaller broker vs one of the larger ones. Sounds like cost is 3x - 4x higher than a smaller one or one that doesn't specialize in taxidermy.
Any suggestions/information would be greatly appreciated.

I used these folks located in the San Francisco area. Everything went perfect, service was great. I will use them again.

Buzz,
I used Coppersmith it did not go so well. I will try Hunter International next time. I have heard nothing but good things about them.

I recently dealt with Fauna & Flora. They seem to know what they're doing.
